You select the areas to focus on, such as career, diet, emotional well-being, finances or exercise, and your coach uses best-practices of proven behavioral science to empower you to be successful.

All Orriant coaches have at least a four year college degree in a health science area such as nutrition, exercise and sports science, social work, nursing or population health. Each is certified as an Orriant Coach which is one the original coach certifications in the United States with over 25 years of experience. A critical criteria for being selected as an Orriant coach is the ability to connect with people and build trusting relationships.

Visiting regularly with your coach is important to your success. Your household can have up to two 30-minute virtual/telephonic coach appointments each month and unlimited messaging back-and-forth with your coach.

Yes, your coach is not there to tell you what to do. They are your support in reaching any goal in any area of your life that will make your life more meaningful and fullfilling.

Orriant is one of the original health coaching programs in the United States. Orriant has been empowering individuals to reach their life/health goals since 1996.

Changing behavior is one of the hardest things there is to do in all of healthcare. It is easier to replace someone's heart than it is to engage people in lasting behavioral change. Behavioral-focused coaching has been proven to be one of the few interventions that really works. Yes, building a trusting relationship with the same coach partner who you can trust is very important to your success.

Yes, if for any reason you don't feel that your coach is a good fit for you, you can request to work with a new coach.

Your credit card will not be charged for the first 14 days. This will give you the opportunity to schedule an initial appointment with your coach partner. The primary medical care does not begin until after the 14-day trial. 

After the 14-day free trial, you can download the Nice Healthcare app and schedule a virtual appointment with the primary care practitioner of your choice. It is like having access to a primary care clinic in the palm of your hand. If your provider needs to see you in person, they will schedule to meet you in your home or office or wherever is most convenient for you.

No, Orriant Life is not an insurance plan, it is a subscription to actual healthcare services. There is no insurance plan that is in the middle to make things complicated or frustrating. Paying the annual or monthly subscription gives you access to a host of services with no copays, deductibles or coinsurance frustrations. If you need healthcare beyond the services provided by Orriant Life, you can use your insurance plan to cover those services or pay out-of-pocket.

Nice Healthcare is a primary care clinic. They can do most things a traditional clinic can do including x-rays, blood draws, labs, and checkups. All in the comfort of your home. Nice Healthcare even carries common prescription drugs and delivers them to your home or work. All new and first time patients must complete a video visit. Nice needs to collect as much information up front as they can to make your home visit experience as nice as it can possibly be. Once a patient is established, they may be able to skip the chat or video portion of the visit if it is not medically necessary.

No it does not. Vaccines are covered by most people's health insurance. You should consult your health insurance carrier for vaccine questions. Nice can, however, do wellness visits.

There is no limit to the number of visits you can have, and to make it even easier, more than one person can have a visit at a time.

Nice Healthcare is able to treat patients who are Medicare eligible and/or have any type of Medicare insurance starting January 1, 2023. This also applies to Medicaid patients.

No, the Orriant Life subscription does not apply towards deductibles.

No, we do not. That is one of the main reasons we can make this form of healthcare so affordable.

Coaching is available anywhere in the United States. Primary care services are only available in certain locations. Click here to see a map where Nice Healthcare's in-home services are available. Nice virtual care is available in any of the following states: Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wisconsin.

Orriant Life offers Direct Primary Care (DPC) through Nice Healthcare. Direct Primary Care laws have been passed in 32 states with pending legislation in 12 states. These laws generally define DPC as a qualified medical expense and not an insurance plan.
